का.आ. 4353(अ).— केन्द्रीय सरकार न े रेल अजधजनयम, 1989 (1989 का 24) (जिसे इसमे इसके पश्चात उक्त
अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 20 ‘क’ की उप-धारा (1) के अधीन िारी, भारत के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग II,
खण्ड 3, उप-खण्ड (ii), तारीख 04 मई 2026 म ेंप्रकाजित भारत सरकार के रेल मंत्रालय (रेलवे बोडड) की अजधसूचना संख्या
का. आ. 2194 (E) तारीख 21 अप्रैल 2026 (जिसे इसम ेइसके पश्चात उक्त अजधसूचना कहा गया ह)ै , द्वारा उक्त अजधसूचना
से उपाबद्ध अन सूची में जवजनर्दष्टड भूजम को मध्य प्रदेि राज्य के खडं वा जिल े में जविेष रेल पररयोिना अर्ाडत “मध्य रेल -
3000 मीररक टन लोडडंग लक्ष्य को परू ा करन े के जलए भस ावल-खडं वा खडं के जलए इलजे ररक रैरिन जसस्ट्टम का उन्नयन
काय”ड की जविेष रेल पररयोिना के जनष्पादन, अन रक्षण, प्रबंधन, और प्रचालन के जलए अपेजक्षत ह,ै ऐसी भूजम का अिनड करन े
के आिय की घोषणा की र्ी I

और, उक्त अजधसूचना का सार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20क की उप धारा (4) के अधीन अनज वभागीय अजधकारी (रािस्ट्व)
एव भ-ू अिनड अजधकारी, खडं वा, जिला खडं वा मध्य प्रदेि दैजनक सामाचार पत्रों अर्ाडत “दैजनक” भास्ट्कर” व “दैजनक नई
दज नया” में तारीख 15-05-2026 को प्रकाजित दकया गया र्ा I
और, सक्षम प्राजधकारी को कोई आक्षपे प्राप्त नही हुए र् ेI
और, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ड की उपधारा (1) के अनस रण म ें सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने अपनी ररपोटड केंरीय
सरकार को प्रस्ट्त त कर दी ह ैI
अतः अब केंरीय सरकार, सक्षम प्राजधकारी से उक्त ररपोटड के प्राप्त होने पर और उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20ड की
उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, यह घोषण करती ह ै दक इसस े उपाबद्ध अन सूची म े जवजनर्दडष्ट भूजम
पूवोक्त प्रयोिन के जलए अर्िडत की िाएगी I
और यह दक केंरीय सरकार उक्त अजधजनयम दक धारा 20ड दक उप-धारा (2) के अन सरण म ें यह घोषणा करती ह ै
दक रािपत्र मे इस अजधसूचना के प्रकाजित होने पर इससे उपाबद्ध अन सूची में जवजनर्दडष्ट भूजम सभी जवलंगमों से म क्त होकर
केंरीय सरकार म ेआतयांदकत रूप से जनजहत हो िाएगी I

NOTIFICATION
Mumbai, the 31st July, 2026
Under clause 20E of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989)
S.O. 4353(E).— Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Railways
(Railway Board), number, S.O 2194 (E) dated 21st April 2026 published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II,
section 3 Sub-section (ii), dated the 4th May 2026 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification) and issued under
sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railway Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central
Government declares its intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for the
purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of Special Railway Project, namely “Central Railway-
Upgradation work of Electric Traction System for Bhusawal-Khandwa Section to meet 3000 MT loading target”
in the district of Khandwa in the State of Madhya Pradesh.
And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in for Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) &
Land Acquisition Officer, Khandwa in daily newspapers namely “Dainik Bhaskar” & “Dainik Nayi Duniya” dated
15-05-2026 under sub section (4) of section 20A of the said Act.
And whereas, no objections were received.
And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of Section 20E of the said Act, the competent authority has
submitted its report to the Central Government.
Now therefore, upon receipt of the report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred
by sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in the
schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose.
And further, in pursuance of sub-section (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby
declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the schedule annexed hereto
shall vest absolutely in the Central government free from all encumbrances.
