is hereby authorized as competent authority to perform the function of such authority under the said act in the area
of “Koderma – Barkakana (Arigada) Doubling line towards Arigada(133.00Km)”. which is part of Special
Railway Project, in the state of Jharkhand with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette
of India.
