(Amendment) Act 2008, The following district Land Acquisition officer is hereby authorized as Competent
Authority to perform the function of such authority under the said Act in the area of Special Railway Project
“Palamu Tiger Reserve Diversion (18.5 Km)” in the following district, of Jharkhand State with effect from the
date of publication of this notification in the Gazette of India as under:-
