S.O. 4086(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 37A of Section 2 of the Railway Act, 1989 (24
of 1989), the Central Government hereby notifies the project mentioned in the table below as
Special Railway Project in the State of Jharkhand for providing national infrastructure for a public purpose
with effect from date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
