NOTIFICATION Patna, the 15th December, 2025 S.O. 28—In Exercise of Power conferred under clause 7A of Section 2 of the Railway (Amendment) Act 2008, the District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna, as nominated by State Government is hereby authorized as 38 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] competent authority to perform the function of such authority under the said act in the area of “Requirement of facilities for trainset maintenance at Patliputra Coaching Complex”,which is part of Special Railway Project, in the state of Bihar with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette of India.
