S.O. 28—In Exercise of Power conferred under clause 7A of Section 2 of the Railway (Amendment) Act
2008, the District Land Acquisition Officer, Patna, as nominated by State Government is hereby authorized as

competent authority to perform the function of such authority under the said act in the area of “Requirement of
