(2008 का 11) (जिसे इसमे इसके पश्चात उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह ै ) की धारा 20 ‘ए’ के खंड (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग
करते हुए, यह समाधान हो िाने के पश्चात की लोक प्रयोिन के जलए, वह भूजम, जिसका संजिप्त जववरण इससे उपाबद्ध अन सूची मे
ददया गया है, महाराष्ट्र रा य के नागप र जिला म “ इटारसी – नागप र िेष तीसरी रेलवे लाइन ” की जविेष रेल पररयोिना के
जनष्पादन, अन रिण, प्रबंधन, और प्रचालन के जलए अपेजित ह ै, ऐसी भूजम का अिजन करने के आिय दक घोषणा करती ह ै।
उक्त भूजम मे जहतबद्ध कोई व्यजक्त , रािपत्र मे इस अजधसूचना के प्रकािन दक तारीख से तीस ददन के भीतर, उक्त अजधजनयम
दक धारा 20घ की उप-धारा (1) के अधीन उपय जक्त प्रयोिन के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अिजन और उपयोग के संबंध मे आिेप कर सकेगा ।
प्रत्येक ऐसा आिेप, सिम प्राजधकारी अर्ाजत जविेष भूसंपादन अजधकारी तर्ा उपजवभागीय अजधकारी नागप र (िहर),
जिला नागप र, महाराष्ट्र को जलजखत मे दकया िाएगा और उसके आधार उपवर्णजत करेगा और सिम प्राजधकारी आिेपकताज को
व्यजक्तगत रूप से या जवजध व्यवसायी के माध्यम से स नवाई का अवसर प्रदान करेगा और ऐसे आिेपों की स नवाई करने तर्ा ऐसी िांच
करने के पश्चात यदद कोई हो, जिसे सिम प्राजधकारी आवश्यक समझे , आदिे द्वारा, या तो आिेपों को अन ज्ञात कर सकेगा या
अनन ज्ञात कर सकेगा।
उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20 घ की उप-धारा (2) के अधीन सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा दकया गया कोई आदेि अंजतम होगा ।

NOTIFICATION
Mumbai, the 24th February, 2022
S.O. 952(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20A of the Railways Act,
1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after being satisfied that for the
public purpose, the land, the brief description of which has been given in schedule annexed hereto, is required for
purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of Special Railway Project, namely Itarsi - Nagpur
Balance 3rd line in the district of Nagpur in the State of Maharashtra, hereby declares its intention to acquire such
land.
Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose
under sub-section (1) of section 20D of the said Act.
Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority namely, Special Land acquisition Officer
and Sub-Divisional Officer, Nagpur (City), District-Nagpur, Maharashtra in writing and shall set out the grounds10 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)]
thereof, and the Competent Authority shall give the objector the opportunity of being heard, either in person or by
legal practitioner and may, after hearing such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the
Competent Authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.
Any order made by the Competent Authority under sub-section (2) of section 20D of the said Act shall be
final.
The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected
by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the Competent Authority
