मनांगी ग्राम)) के ककलोमीटर पर भूजम अजधग्रहण हते ु आरओबी के जनमावण के संबंध में, एतद्द्वारा उक्त भूजम के अजधग्रहण की
अपनी मिं ा की घोषणा की िाती ह:ै
उक्त भूजम म ें रुजच रखन े वाला कोई भी व्यजक्त, इस अजधसूचना के रािपत्र म ें प्रकािन की जतजथ स े तीस कदनों के
भीतर, उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 20डी की उपधारा (1) के अतं गवत उक्त प्रयोिन के जलए ऐसी भूजम के उपयोग पर आपजत्त
उठा सकता ह:ै
ऐसी प्रत्येक आपजत्त सिम प्राजधकारी, अथावत ् प्रभारी भूजम अजधग्रहण अजधकारी, सहायक आयुक्त जचत्रदगु व और
िेत्रीय आयुक्त, बेंगलरुु को जलजखत में प्रस्ट्ततु की िाएगी, जिसमें आपजत्त के कारण बताए िाएंगे और सिम प्राजधकारी

NOTIFICATION
Hubballi, the 20th February, 2026
S.O. 944(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- Section (1) of Section 20A of the Railway
Act, 1989 (as amended on 2008) (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government
after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, brief description of which has been given in the
Schedule annexed hereto, is required for the execution of the Special Railway Project, namely. “Construction
of ROB in lieu of LC No.15 at KM:25/400-500 (Haliyuru and Manangi Village)” Chitradurga District in the
State of Karnataka, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land:
Any person interested in the said land may, within Thirty days from the date of publication of this
notification in the official Gazette, raise objection and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-
section (1) of Section 20D of the said Act:
Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely, Incharge Land Acquisition
Officer Assistant Commissioner Chitradurga and Regional Commissioner, Bengaluru for “Construction of
ROB in lieu of LC No.15 at Km:25/400-500 (Haliyuru and Manangi Village)” Chitradurga District in the
State of Karnataka” in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the competent authority shall give the
objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner, and may, after hearing all
such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the competent authority thinks necessary, by
order, either allow or disallow the objections:
Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (2) of Section 20D of the said Act shall
be final:
The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be
inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid Office of the competent authority.
