iz'kklfud vf/kdkjh ¼fuekZ.k½ MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 28th August, 2023 S.O. 3814(E).—Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Railways, number S.O. 2175(E), dated the 12th May 2023 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub–section (ii), dated 12th May 2023 and issued under sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said notification for the purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of the Special Railway Project, namely, Haryana Orbital Rail Corridor Project in the district Gurugram, in the State of Haryana; And whereas, the substance of the said notification has been published in the daily local newspapers, namely, “Times of India” dated the 29th May, 2023, and “Danik Jagran” dated the 29th, May, 2023 under sub-section (4) of section 20A of the said Act; And whereas, No objection has been received.
