ऐसी प्रत्येक आपजत्त , सिम प्राजधकारी, अर्ाात, प्रभारी भूजम अििा अजधकारी/जडप्टी कलक्टर और उप मंडल अजधकारी ममाागावो, गोवा को जलजखत म ें ककया िाएगा और उसम ें उसके आधार उपवर्णात ककए िाएंग े तर्ा सिम 1290 GI/2025 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] प्राजधकारी, आिेपकता ाका वैयजक्तक रूप स ेया जवजध व्यवसायी के माध्यम स ेसुिवाई का अवसर प्रदाि करेगा और ऐसे सभी आपजत्तयों की सुिवाई करिे तर्ा ऐसी और िांि, यकद कोई हो, करिे के पश्चात िो सिम प्राजधकारी आव‍यक समझे, आदिे द्वारा, आपजत्तयों को या तो अिज्ञु ात या अििुज्ञात कर सकेगा; Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority, namely, Incharge Land Acquisition Officer/Deputy Collector and Sub-Divisional Officer, Mormugao, Vasco Goa in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the competent authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner, and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the competent authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections;
