आर्थवक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 (2005 का 28), (जिसे एतद्पश्चात ् उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 3 के अंतगवत
प्रस्ट्ताव दकया था;
और यतः, केन्र सरकार न,े जविषे आर्थवक िोन जनयमावली, 2006 के जनयम 8 के साथ पठित उक्त अजधजनयम की
धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, जनम्न ताजलका म ें उल्लेजखत क्षेत्रों को उपरोक्त जविेष
आर्थवक िोन म ेंअजधसूजचत तथा अनजधसूजचत दकया था;

और यतः, म.ै डीएलएफ इन्फो जसटी चेन्नई जलजमटेड न े अब उपरोक्त जविेष आर्थवक क्षत्रे स े 1.7782 हक्े टेयर के
क्षत्रे को अनजधसूजचत करन े का प्रस्ट्ताव दकया ह;ै
और, यतः तजमलनाडु राज्य सरकार न े उनके पत्र स.ं 4312377/एमआईबी.1/2023-2 दिनांक 4 िलु ाई, 2023
के प्रत्र के अनुसार प्रस्ट्ताव को मंिूरी िे िी ह।ै अनजधसूचना के बाि ऐसे भूजम पासवल का उपयोग तजमलनाडु सरकार के भूजम
उपयोग दििाजनिेिों/मास्ट्टर प्लान के अनरूु प होगा;
और यतः जवकास आयुक्त, मरास जविेष आर्थवक िोन न े जविेष आर्थवक िोन के 1.7782 हक्े टेयर के सम्पूण व क्षत्रे
को अनजधसूजचत करने के प्रस्ट्ताव की संस्ट्तुजत की ह ै
और यतः, केन्र सरकार इस बात स े संतष्टु ह ैदक अजधजनयम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (8) के अतं गवत अपक्षे ाओं तथा
अन्य सम्बंजधत अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर जलया गया ह;ै
अतः अब, जविेष आर्थवक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) के प्रथम परन्तुक द्वारा प्रित्त
िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए और जविेष आर्थवक िोन अजधजनयम, 2006 के जनयम 8 के अनसु रण म ें केन्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा
1.7782 हक्े टेयर के क्षत्रे को उक्त जविेष आर्थवक िोन के भाग स े अनजधसूजचत करती ह,ै जिसके पठरमाणतः कुल क्षेत्रफल
15.6508 हक्े टेयर हो िाएगा। अनजधसूचना के जलए सवेक्षण सख्ं या और क्षेत्रफल नीच े ताजलका म ें दिए गए ह:ैं-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 6th December, 2023
S.O. 5320(E).—Whereas, M/s. DLF Info City Chennai Limited (formerly M/s. DLF Home Developers
Limited and M/s. DLF Info City Chennai Limited), had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act,
2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3
Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services at IT/ITES SEZ at Ramapuram, Chennai in
the State of Tamil Nadu;
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section
4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, had notified the following areas at above
Special Economic Zone as details given below in the table: -

AND, WHEREAS, M/s. DLF Info City Chennai Limited has now proposed for de-notification of 1.7782
hectares from the above Special Economic Zone;
AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Tamil Nadu has given its approval to the proposal vide letter
No.4312377/MIB.1/2023-2 dated 4th July, 2023. Further, Such land parcels after de-notification will conform to land
use guidelines/master plans of the Government of Tamil Nadu;
AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, Madras Special Economic Zone has recommended the
proposal for de-notification of an area of 1.7782 hectares of the Special Economic Zone.
NOW, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of
section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by first proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4 of
the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the
Central Government hereby de-notifies an area of 1.7782 hectares, thereby making resultant area as 15.6508
hectares. The survey numbers and the area for de-notification are given below in the table, namely:-
