S.O. 4113(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred under Section-93 (1) of the Right to Fair Compensation
and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013, the Central Government do hereby
withdraw 76550.90 Sqm. of Land from acquisition as per the Land schedule given below at Mouza – Raynagar, P.S.
– Bansdroni, Kolkata – 700070, District – South 24 Parganas. The following land was previously notified in
Extraordinary Gazette of India for acquisition vide Gazette of India Notification No. 208, dated 28.02.2003 for the
purpose of construction of Metro Railway between Tolly – Garia of which possession has not been taken.
