Vidya Sagar Bathla, State of Haryana Competent Authority, New Mundra Panipat Crude Oil Pipeline Project, Panipat Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Northern Region Pipelines, Baholi, Panipat – 132140, Haryana The person mentioned in column (1) of the above given Schedule to perform the functions of the “Competent Authority” under the said Act, in respect of the area mentioned in column (2) of the said Schedule shall be in addition to the person mention in column (1) of the schedule published in Gazette of India on 27.06.2024 vide S.O 2478 (E) dated 26.06.2024. Earlier notified Competent Authority for Indian Oil Corporation Limited in Haryana State, Shri Balraj Singh, vide SO No 3728(E) 08.08.2022 published in the Gazette of India dated 08.05.2022 stands de-notified.
