The notification authorizes Shri N.M. Barve of Indian Oil Corporation Limited as the Competent Authority for the New Mundra Panipat Pipeline Project in the State of Gujarat, under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962.
This authorization is in addition to the previously appointed Competent Authority mentioned in notification S.O. 4905(E) dated 17.10.2022.

S.O. 816(E).— In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition
of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Government of India hereby authorises the person mentioned in
column (1) of the Schedule given below to perform the functions of the “Competent Authority” under the said Act, in
respect of the area mentioned in column (2) of the said Schedule:
