of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962) and in supersession of authorization given to Sub Divisional Magistrate
(Revenue) Ujjain Madhya Pradesh as a Competent Authority for Vadinar-Bina Pipeline of Bharat Oman Refineries
Limited (BORL) for Madhya Pradesh region through Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India vide.
S.O. 1134 dated 27th June 2019 and Shri Manoj Kumar Jadhaw, Dy. Manager (ROU) Pipelines of Bharat Petroleum
Corporation Limited (BPCL) as a Competent Authority for Mumbai-Manmad-Bijwasan Pipeline of BPCL for Madhya
Pradesh region through Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India vide. S.O. 2575 dated 03rd August
2012, the Government of India hereby authorizes the person mentioned in column (1) of the Schedule given below to
perform the functions of the “Competent Authority” under the said Act, in respect of the area mentioned in column (2)
