Maligaon, the 17th August, 2026
S.O. 4610(E).— In pursuance to the provision mentioned in section 20F (6) of the Railway Amendement
Act, 2008, the Divisional Commissioner of the Malda Division has been appointed as the Arbitrator of the below
mentioned Projects. The provision of the Arbitration and conciliation Act, 1996 shall apply to every arbitration under
this Act.
