(2) उि अजधसूचना की सारणी में,-- (क) क्रम संखया 28 और उससे संबंजधत प्रजवजियों के पश्चात् जनम्नजलजखत क्रम संखया और प्रजवजियां अन्द्तःस्ट्थाजपत की िाएंगी, अथागत:् - 3863 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)]

(1) (2) (3) (4) “28क एम1- वातानुकूलन समय-समय पर यथा 1 अप्रलै , 2027”। प्रचालन से श्रेणी को मापन े संिोजधत एआइएस-213 की रीजत, प्रवगग के जवद्युत िजि रेलगाड़ी (इलैजररक पावररेन ) यान (ख) क्रम सखं या 31 के सामने, मि संखया ग और उससे संबंजधत प्रजवजियों के पश्चात,् स्ट्तंभ 2, स्ट्तंभ 3, और स्ट्तंभ 4 म,ें जनम्नजलजखत मि और प्रजवजियां अन्द्तःस्ट्थाजपत की िाएगं ी, अथागत्:-

(2) (3) (4) “(घ) एम1- प्रवग ग के यानों के जलए समय-समय पर यथा संिोजधत 1 अप्रलै , 2027”। वातानुकूलन प्रचलन स े ईंधन की एआइएस-213 खपत का परीक्षण [फा. स.ं आरटी-11036/192/2025-एमवीएल] महमूि अहमि, अपर सजचव ठटप्पण : मूल अजधसूचना के रािपत्र, असाधारण, भाग-2, खडं 3, उपखंड (ii) म ेंका.आ. 1365(अ), तारीख 13 दिसंबर, 2004 द्वारा प्रकाजित की गई थी और का.आ. 3467(अ), तारीख 22 िलु ाई, 2025 द्वारा अंजतम बार संिोजधत की गयी थी । MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 29th May, 2026 S.O. 2747(E)— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of section 109 and clause (k) of sub-section (1) of section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988), read with sub-rule (1) of rule 124 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of Government of India in the erstwhile Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways) number S.O. 1365(E) dated 13th December, 2004, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii), namely:-

(2) In the said notification, in the Table,-

(a) after serial number 28 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be inserted, namely;-

(b) against serial number 31, after item number (c) and entries relating thereto, in columns (2), (3) and (4), the following items and entries shall be inserted, namely:-
