और, यतः केन्द्र सरकार ने, जविषे आर्थिक िोन जनयमावली, 2006 के जनयम 8 के साथ पठित उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, वाजणज्य एवं उद्योग मत्रं ालय की अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ. 595(अ) दिनांक 17 अप्रैल, 2007 द्वारा उपयुिक्त जविेष आर्थिक िोन म ें 60.70 हक्े टेयर के क्षेत्र को अजधसूजचत दकया था;

और यतः, म.ै ब्राह्मणी इंफ्राटेक जलजमटेड न े अब उक्त जविेष आर्थिक िोन के 60.70 हक्े टेयर के सम्पूणि क्षेत्र को अनजधसूजचत करने का प्रस्ट्ताव दकया ह;ै 6874 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] और यतः, तले ंगाना सरकार न े उनके पत्र संख्या 1867309/आईटीईएंडसी/प्रोम/2023 दिनांक दिनांक 8 माच,ि 2023 के तहत प्रस्ट्ताव को अनापजत्त प्रमाण पत्र िे दिया ह।ै अनजधसूचना के बाि, ऐसा जवमुक्त क्षेत्र राज्य सरकार के भूजम उपयोग दििा-जनिेिों/मास्ट्टर स्ट्थानों के अनरूु प होगा;

और यतः, जवकास आयुक्त, जविाखापट्नम जविेष आर्थिक िोन ने उक्त जविेष आर्थिक िोन के 60.70 हक्े टेयर के सम्पूणि क्षेत्र को अनजधसूजचत करने के प्रस्ट्ताव की संस्ट्तुजत की ह;ै अतः अब केंि सरकार, जविेष आर्थिक िोन जनयमावली, 2006 के जनयम 8 के प्रथम परंतुक द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत ेहुए एतद्द्वारा उक्त अजधसूचना को इस उत्सािन स ेपूवि दकए गए कायों या दकए िाने के जलए लोजपत को छोड़कर, रद्द करती ह।ै [फा. सं. एफ.2/373/2006-एसईजेड] जवमल आनंि, संयुक्त सजचव, MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) (SEZ Division)

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 7th September, 2026 S.O. 4935(E).— Whereas, M/s. Brahmani Infratech Limited, had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a Special Economic Zone for Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services at Mamidipalli Village, Saroornagar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana;

AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, had notified an area of 60.70 hectares at the above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S.O. 595(E) dated 17th April, 2007;

AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Brahmani Infratech Limited has now proposed to de-notify the entire area of 60.70 hectares of the above Special Economic Zone;

AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Telangana has given No Objection Certificate to the proposal vide letter No.1867309/ITE&C/Prom/2023 dated 8th March, 2023. Further, after de-notification, such de-notified area will conform to land use guidelines/master places of the State Government;

AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, Visakhapatnam Special Economic Zone has recommended the proposal for de-notification of the entire area of 60.70 hectares of the Special Economic Zone;

NOW, THEREFORE, in the exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, the Central Government hereby rescinds the above notification except for things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
