रेलवे, जिमााण संगठि, बगें लरुु छाविी) इस बात से संतुष्ट होिे के बाद कक सावािजिक उद्देश्य के जलए उस भूजम की
आवश्यकता ह,ै जिसका संजिप्त जववरण इसके साथ संलग्न अिुसूची म ें कदया गया है, एक जविेष रेलव े पररयोििा के
जिष्पादि के जलए, अथाात ् "किााटक राज्य के जवियपुरा जिल े म ें इंडी तालुक के लचयाि गांव म ें कक.मी: 250/600-700 पर
समपार फाटक सं. 113 के बदले आर ओ बी (ROB) का जिमााण", एतद्द्वारा ऐसी भूजम को अजधग्रजहत करि े के जलए अपिा
इरादे की घोषणा करती ह:ै
उक्त भूजम म ें रुजच रखि े वाला कोई भी व्यजक्त, आजधकाररक रािपत्र म ें इस अजधसूचिा के प्रकािि की तारीख स े
तीस कदिों के भीतर, उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20घ की उप-धारा (1) के तहत आपजत्त उठा सकता ह ै और उपरोक्त उद्दश्े य
के जलए ऐसी भूजम के उपयोग का जवरोध कर सकता है:
प्रत्येक ऐसी आपजत्त सिम प्राजधकारी, अथाात् सहायक आयक्तु जवियपुरा और मध्यस्ट्थ (आर्बारेटर) अथाात् िेत्रीय
आयुक्त, बले गावी को, जविेष रेलव े पररयोििा के जिष्पादि के जलए, अथाात ् "किााटक राज्य के जवियपरु ा जिल े म ें इंडी
तालुक के लचयाि गांव में कक.मी: 250/600-700 पर समपार फाटक सं. 113 के बदले आरओबी का जिमााण" के संबंध में
जलजखत में दी िाएगी और उसमें उसके आधार बताए िाएंगे। सिम प्राजधकारी आिेपकताा को या तो व्यजक्तगत रूप स े या

NOTIFICATION
Bengaluru, the 10th August, 2026
S.O. 4439(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- Section (1) of Section 20A of the Railway Act,
1989 (24 of 1989) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government (Ministry of Railway, South
Western Railway, Construction Organization, Bengaluru Cantonment) after being satisfied that for the public purpose,
the land, the brief description of which has been given in the Schedule annexed hereto, is required for the execution of
the Special Railway Project, namely. “Construction of ROB in lieu of LC No. 113 at Km: 250/600-700. Lachyan
village, Indi taluk, Vijayapura district” in the District of Vijayapura in the state of Karnataka, hereby declares its
intention to acquire such land:
Any person interested in the said land may, within thirty days from the date of publication of this notification
in the official Gazette, raise objection and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section (1) of Section
20D of the said Act:
Every such objection shall be made to the competent authority, namely,. Assistant Commissioner Vijayapura
and arbitrator namely Regional Commissioner, Belagavi for the execution of the Special Railway Project, namely[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3
“Construction of ROB in lieu of LC No. 113 at Km: 250/600-700. Lachyan village, Indi taluk, Vijayapura district” in
writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the competent authority shall give the objector an opportunity of
being heard, either in person or by legal practitioner, and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such
further enquiry, if any, as the competent authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections:
Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (2) of Section 20D of the said Act shall
be final:
The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected
by the interested person at the aforesaid office of the competent authority.
