के खंड 20क के अधीि िारी की गई थी, द्वारा रेल मंत्रालय, दजिण पजिम रेलवे, जिमाणा सगं ठि, बेंगलुरु छाविी ि े
किााटक राज्य के तुमकुरु जिल ेमें कराडी–जतपटूर के बीच समपार संख्या 81 के स्ट्थाि पर सड़क ऊपरी पलु (आर.ओ.बी.) के
जिमााण के जलए उक्त अजधसूचिा से संलग्न अिुसूची में जवजिर्दाष्ट भूजम के अजधग्रहण के अपिे आिय की घोषणा की थी।

को समाचार पत्रों प्रिावाणी, कन्नड़ प्रभा, डेक्कि हरे ाल्ड, कोलार वाणी और द जहन्द्द ूम ेंप्रकाजित ककया गया था;
और िबकक, सिम प्राजधकारी िे उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 2 के खडं 20घ के अधीि दाजखल की गई आपजिया ं
प्राप्त कीं तथा उि पर जवचार कर उिका समुजचत रूप से जिपटारा ककया;
और िबकक, रेल अजधजियम, 1989 की धारा 2 के खंड 20ङ के अिुसरण म ें सिम प्राजधकारी ि े अपिी ररपोटा रेल
मंत्रालय, दजिण पजिम रेलव,े जिमााण संगठि, बेंगलुरु छाविी को प्रस्ट्तुत कर दी है;

द्वारा प्रदि िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए, रेल मंत्रालय, दजिण पजिम रेलवे, जिमााण संगठि, बेंगलुरु छाविी एतद्द्वारा
घोषणा करता ह ैकक उक्त अिुसचू ी में जवजिर्दाष्ट भूजम का अजधग्रहण उपयक्तुा प्रयोिि के जलए ककया िाएगा;
और आग,े रेल अजधजियम, 1989 की धारा 2 के खंड 20ङ के अिुसरण म,ें रेल मंत्रालय, दजिण पजिम रेलवे,

NOTIFICATION
Bengaluru, the 10th August, 2026
S.O. 4438(E).— Whereas by the notification of the Central Government (Ministry of Railway, South
Western Railway, Construction Organization, Bengaluru Cantonment) S.O. 2801(E) dated: 02.06.2026 published in
the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii) issued under Section 2, Clause 20A of Railway
Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) (herein referred to as the said act) the Ministry of Railway, South Western Railway,
Construction Organization, Bengaluru Cantonment declare its intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule
annexed to the said notification for Level crossing No.: 81 Construction of R.O.B. between Karadi-Tiptur in the
district of Tumakuru in the state of Karnataka.
And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in in the newspapers Prajavani,
Kannada Prabha, Deccan Herald, Kolar Vani, and The Hindu on 19.06.2026 under Section 2, Clause 20A of Railway
Act-1989. And whereas the Competent Authority has received objections filed under section 2, clause 20D,
considered and settled the same appropriately.
And whereas, in pursuance of Section 2, Clause 20E of Railway Act-1989, the competent authority has
submitted its report to the Ministry of Railway, Southwestern Railway, Construction Organization, Bengaluru
Cantonment.
Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers
conferred by the Section 2, Clause 20E of Railway Act 1989 the Ministry of Railway, Southwestern Railway,
Construction Organization, Bengaluru Cantonment hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should
be acquired for the aforesaid purpose;
And further, in pursuance of Section 2, Clause 20E of Railway Act-1989, the Ministry of Railway,

notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central
