Bengaluru, the 31st July, 2026
S.O. 4256(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred under clause 37(A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act,
1989 (Act no. 24 of 1989), the Ministry of Railways, (South Western Railway, Construction Organisation, Bengaluru
Cantonment) Government of India, hereby notifies that the projects mentioned in the table below are "Special Railway
Project" in the State of Karnataka for providing National Infrastructure for a Public Purpose with effect from the date
of publication of the notification in the Official Gazette. The proposed land acquisition is at the following villages as
tabulated below:—
