और, यतः केन्द्र सरकार न,े जविषे आर्थकक िोन जनयमावली, 2006 के जनयम 8 के साथ पठित उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, वाजणज्य एवं उद्योग मत्रं ालय की अजधसूचना संख्या का.आ. 540(अ) दिनांक 10 अप्रैल, 2007 द्वारा उपयक्तुक जविषे आर्थकक िोन में 16 हक्े टेयर के क्षेत्र को अजधसूजचत दकया था;

और यतः, म.ै ससंटेल इंटरनेिनल प्राइवेट जलजमटेड न े अब उक्त जविेष आर्थकक िोन के 16 हक्े टेयर के सम्पूण क क्षेत्र को अनजधसूजचत करने का प्रस्ट्ताव दकया है;

8018 GI/2026 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] और यतः, महाराष्ट्र सरकार न े उनके पत्र संख्या एसईिेड-2006/सीआर.118/आईएनडी-2 दिनांक 1 अक्टूबर, 2026 के तहत प्रस्ट्ताव को अनापजत्त प्रमाण पत्र िे दिया ह।ै अनजधसूचना के बाि, ऐसा जवमुक्त क्षेत्र राज्य सरकार के भूजम उपयोग दििा-जनिेिों/मास्ट्टर स्ट्थानों के अनरूु प होगा;

और यतः, जवकास आयक्तु , सीप्ज़ जविेष आर्थकक िोन ने उक्त जविेष आर्थकक िोन के 16 हक्े टेयर के सम्पूण क क्षेत्र को अनजधसूजचत करने के प्रस्ट्ताव की संस्ट्तुजत की ह;ै अतः अब केंि सरकार, जविेष आर्थकक िोन जनयमावली, 2006 के जनयम 8 के प्रथम परंतुक द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत ेहुए एतद्द्वारा उक्त अजधसूचना को इस उत्सािन स ेपूवक दकए गए कायों या दकए िाने के जलए लोजपत को छोडकर, रद्द करती ह।ै [फा. सं. एफ.2/101/2005-एसईिेड] जवमल आनंि, संयक्ु त सजचव MINISTRY OF COMMERCE AND INDUSTRY (Department of Commerce) (SEZ DIVISION)

NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 19th October, 2026 S.O. 5698(E).— Whereas, M/s Syntel International Private Limited, had proposed under section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a Special Economic Zone for Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services at Talwade Software Park, District Pune in the State of Maharashtra;

AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, had notified an area of 16 hectares at the above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S.O. 540(E) dated 10th April, 2007;

AND, WHEREAS, M/s Syntel International Private Limited has now proposed to de-notify the entire area of 16 hectares of the above Special Economic Zone;

AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Maharashtra has given No Objection Certificate to the proposal vide letter No. SEZ-2026/C.R.118/Ind.-2 dated 1st October, 2026. Further, after de-notification, such de-notified area will conform to land use guidelines/master places of the State Government;

AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, SEEPZ Special Economic Zone has recommended the proposal for de-notification of the entire area of 16 hectares of the Special Economic Zone;

NOW, THEREFORE, in the exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, the Central Government hereby rescinds the above notification except for things done or omitted to be done before such rescission.
