रेलि े कक.मी. 875/15-16 के स्ट्थाि पर रोड ओिर जिि का जिमााण) के जिष्पादि, अिरु िण, प्रबंधि एि ं संचालि के
जलए अपेजित ह,ै ऐसी भूजम का अिाि करि े के अपि ेआिय की घोषणा करती ह।ै
उि भूजम में जहतबद्ध कोई व्यजि इस अजधसूचिा के रािपत्र में प्रकािि की तारीख से 30 कदि की अिजध के
भीतर, उि अजधजियम की धारा 20 (घ) की उप धारा (1) के अधीि उपयिुा प्रयोिि के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अिाि और
उपयोग के संबंध में आिेप कर सकेगा।
प्रत्येक ऐसा आदेश सिम अजधकारी अथाात, सिम प्राजधकारी एिं अिुजिभागीय अजधकारी (रािस्ट्ि), तहसील –
गाडरवारा, जिला – नरस िंहपुर (म०प्र०) को जलजखत रूप में ककया िाएगा और उसमें उसके आधार उपिर्णात करेगा और
सिम अजधकारी अपेिाकताा को व्यजिगत से या जिजध व्यिसायी के माध्यम से सुििाई का अिसर प्रदाि करेगा और सभी

Jabalpur, the 17th October, 2025
S.O. 4759(E):- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railways Act,
1989 (as Amendment Act 2008), the Central Government, After being satisfied that the land, brief description of which
is given in the Schedule below, is required for public purpose for execution, maintenance, management and operation
of Special Railway Project (Construction of Road Over Bridge (ROB) in Lieu of LC No. 263 at KM 875/15-16
between Kareli - Bohani Stations in Itarsi - Katni Section) in the District ofNarsinghpur the State of Madhya Pradesh,
hereby declares its intention to acquire such land.
Any person interested in the said land may, within a period of 30 days from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose
under sub-section (1) of section 20(D) of the said Act.
Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Officer i.e. Competent Authority and Sub-Divisional
Officer (Revenue), Tehsil - Gadarwara, District – Narsinghpur (M.P.) in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof
and the Competent authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by a legal
practitioner and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further inquiry, if any, as the Competent
authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections.
Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (2) of section 20(D) of the said Act shall be
final.
The land plan and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected
