L.-33004/99 xxxGIDHxxx सी.जी.-डी.एxलxx.-GअID.E-0xx3x1 12021-230930 CG-DL-E-03112021-230930 ऄसाधारण EXTRAORDINARY भाग II—खण् ड 3—ईप-खण्ड (ii) PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) प्राजधकार स ेप्रकाजित PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY स.ं 4207] नइ ददल्ली, सोमिार, निम्ब र 1, 2021/कार्ततक 10, 1943 No. 4207] NEW DELHI, MONDAY, NOVEMBER 1, 2021/KARTIKA 10, 1943 परे ोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गसै मत्रं ालय ऄजधसचू ना नइ ददल् ली, 29 ऄक् तूबर, 2021 का.अ. 4568(ऄ).—केन्द्रीय सरकार ने पेरोजलयम और खजनज पाआपलाआन (भूजम में ईपयोग के ऄजधकार का ऄजजन) ऄजधजनयम, 1962 (1962 का 50) (जजसे आसमें आसके पश् चात ईक्त ऄजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 3 की ईपधारा (1) के ऄधीन जारी की गइ भारत सरकार के पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस मंत्रालय की ऄजधसूचना संख्या का. अ. 2827(ऄ) तारीख 14 ऄगस्ट्त 2020, जो भारत के ऄसाधारण राजपत्र संख्या 2505 तारीख 20 ऄगस्ट्त 2020, में प्रकाजित की गइ थी, द्वारा ईस ऄजधसूचना से संलग्न ऄनुसूची में जिजनर्ददष्ट भूजम में अंध्र प्रदिे राज्य में हासन से चरे लापल्ली (तेलंगाना राज्य) तक एल. पी. जी के पररिहन के जलए जहन्द्दस्ट्ु तान पेरोजलयम कापोरेिन जलजमटेड (एच.पी.सी.एल) द्वारा पाआपलाआन जबछाने के प्रयोजन के जलए ईपयोग के ऄजधकार का ऄजजन के ऄपने अिय की घोषणा की थी;. और ईक्त ऄसाधारण राजपत्र ऄजधसूचना की प्रजतया जनता को तारीख़ 17 जसतंबर 2020 तक ईपलब् ध करा दी गइ थी; और सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने, ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 6 की ईपधारा (1) के ऄधीन केन्द्रीय सरकार को ररपोटज द ेदी है; और केन्द्रीय सरकार ने, ईक्त ररपोटज पर जिचार करने के पश्चात, और यह समाधान हो जाने पर की ईक्त भूजम पाआपलाआन जबछाने के जलए ऄपेजक्षत है, ईसमें ईपयोग के ऄजधकार का ऄजजन करने का जिजनश्चय दकया ह;ै ऄतः ऄब, केन्द्रीय सरकार, ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 6 की ईपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह घोषणा करती ह ै की आस ऄजधसूचना से संलग्न ऄनुसूची में जिजनर्ददष्ट भूजम में पाआपलाआन जबछाने के जलए ईपयोग के ऄजधकार का ऄजजन दकया जाए; और केन्द्रीय सरकार ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 6 की ईपधारा (4) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह जनदिे दते ी है 6338 GI/2021 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] की ईक्त भूजम में ईपयोग का ऄजधकार आस घोषणा के प्रकािन की तारीख से केन्द्रीय सरकार में जनजहत होने के बजाए, सभी जिल्लंगमों से मुक्त होकर जहन्द्दस्ट्ु थान पेरोजलयम कापोरेिन जलजमटेड (एच.पी.सी.एल) में जनजहत होगा पेरोजलयम और खजनज पाआपलाआन ऄजधजनयम, 1962 दक धारा 10 के ऄधीन दकसी भी क्षजतपूर्तत के जलए जहन्द्दस्ट्ु तान पेरोजलयम कापोरेिन जलजमटेड (एच.पी.सी.एल) पूणजतया ईत्तरदायी होगी और पाआपलाआन से सम्बजन्द्धत दकसी भी मामले पर केन्द्रीय सरकार के जिरुद्द कोइ िाद दािा या कानूनी कायजिाही नहीं हो सकेगी। ऄनसु चू ी मंडल : ऄमारापुरम जजला : ऄनंतपुरमु राज्य : अंध्र प्रदिे क्षेत्रफल क्रमांक मंडल का नाम गााँि का नाम सि ेनं. एकर् सेंट्स (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) 1 ऄमारापुरम ऄमारापुरम 370/4 00 09 2 370/3 00 02 3 58 00 05 4 थम्माडेहल्ली 229/6 00 02 5 159/4 00 04 6 156 00 01 7 35/5 00 18 [फा.सं.अर-11025(15)/10/2019-ओ.अर-1/इ-32252] पी. सोमाकुमार, ऄिर सजचि MINISTRY OF PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 29th October, 2021 S.O. 4568(E).—Whereas by a notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas S.O. No.2827 (E) dated 14th August 2020 , issued under Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), published in the Extraordinary Gazette of India No.2505 dated the 20th August. 2020, the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule appended to that notification for the purpose of laying pipeline in state of Andhra Pradesh for transportation of LPG, from Hassan (Karnataka) to Cherlapalli (Telangana) Pipeline by Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL). And whereas copies of the said Extraordinary Gazette notification were made available to the public up to 17 September 2020. And whereas the competent authority has under Sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the said Act submitted report to the Central Government. And whereas the Central Government, after considering the said report and on being satisfied that the said land is required for laying the pipeline, has decided to acquire right of user therein; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of the Section 6 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the Right of User in the land specified in the Schedule appended to this notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipeline; And further, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (4) of Section 6 of the said Act, the Central Government hereby directs that the Right of User in the said land for laying the pipeline shall, instead of vesting in the Central Government, vest on the date of publication of the declaration, in Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL), free from all encumbrances.
