S.O. 958(E).— In pursuance of clause (a) of Section 2 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition
of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby authorises the person mentioned in
column (1) of the Schedule given below to perform the functions of the “Competent Authority” under the said Act, in
respect of the area mentioned in column (2) of the said Schedule:
