This notification, S.O. 4334(E), issued by the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Government of India, declares the intention to acquire the right of user in land for the transportation of natural gas through the Vijaipur to Auraiya Pipeline section of the Hazira Vijaipur Jagdishpur (HVJ) Natural Gas Pipeline and Spur Pipeline in the state of Madhya Pradesh. Ms. GAIL India Limited will lay the pipeline.
The notification, dated September 2nd, 2021, is issued under subsection 1 of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962). Any person interested in the land described in the schedule can object in writing to the acquisition of the right of user or laying of the pipeline within twenty-one days from the date the notification copies are made available to the general public. अजधजनयम, 1962 (1962 का 50) दक धारा 3 दक उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त िजियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उस भूजम म य
उपयोग के अजधकार का अजसन करने के अपने आिय की घोषणा करती ह ै;
कोई व्यजि, जो उक्त अनुसूची मय ््णत भूजम मय जहतब्ध ह,ै उस तारीख से जजसको उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3
की उपधारा (1) के अधीन भारत के राजपत्र मय यथा प्रकाजित इस अजधसूचना की प्रजतयों साधारण जनता को उपलब् ध कर
दी जाती ह,ै 21 ददन के भीतर, भूजम के नीचे पाइपलाइन जबछाए जाने की संबंध मय, सक्षम प्राजधकारी, मध् य प्रदेि राज्य ,
मैससस गेल (इंजडया) जलजमटेड, को जलजखत रूप मय आक्षेप भेज सकेगा।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 2nd September, 2021
S.O. 4334(E).—Whereas it appears to Government that it is necessary in the public interest that for
transportation of Natural Gas through Vijaipur to Auraiya Pipeline Section of Hazira – Vijaipur- Jagdishpur Natural
Gas Pipeline and Spur Pipeline in the state of Madhya Pradesh ,a pipeline should be laid by M/s. GAIL (india)
Limited.
And whereas it appears to Government of India that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline, it is necessary
to acquire the Right of user in land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid and which is described in the
Schedule annexed to this notification.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and
Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act 1962 (50 of 1962), Government of India hereby declares

Any person interested in the land described in the said schedule, may within twenty-one days from the date
on which the copies of the notification issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act, as published in the
Gazette of India, are made available to the General Public, object in writing to the acquisition of the right of used
therein or laying of the pipeline under the land to the Competent Authority, State of Madhya Pradesh, M/s.GAIL
(India) Limited.
