तारीख 21.10.2021 जिसका प्रकािन भारत के रािपत्र संख्या 4074, भाग II, खण्ड 3, उप खण्ड (ii) तारीख
22.10.2021 म ें दकया गया ह।ै इस अजधसूचना म ें संलग्न अनसु ूची में जिजनर्िष्टज आंध्रप्रििे राज्य के जिला जिियनगरम के

उपधारा (1) के अनुसरण म ेंसक्षम प्राजधकारी नें केन्द्रीय सरकार को अपनी ररपो ज ि ेिी ह।ै
और केन्द्रीय सरकार ने उक्त ररपो ज पर जिचार करने के पश्चात और यह समाधान हो िाने पर दक उक्त भजू म
पाइपलाइन जबछाने के जलए अपेजक्षत ह,ै उसम ेंउपयोग के अजधकार का अिनज करने का जिजनष्चय दकया ह:ै

अतः अब, केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 6 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए
एति ्द्वारा घोषणा करती ह ै दक इस अजधसूचना स े संलग्न अनुसूची में जिजनर्िजष्ट भजू म म ें पाइपलाइन जबछाने के उपयोग का
अजधकार अर्ितज दकया िाए:
और केन्द्रीय सरकार उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 6 की उपधारा (4) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, यह
जनििे िते ी ह ैदक उक्त भजू म में उपयोग का अजधकार इस घोषणा के प्रकािन की तारीख स ेकेन्द्रीय सरकार म ेंजनजहत होने के

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 13th December, 2022
S.O. 5994(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of
Petroleum and Natural Gas, published in the Gazette of India No.4074 Part-II, Section 3, Sub-section (ii)
dated 22.10.2021 vide S.O. No.4428(E) dated 21.10.2021 issued under Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the
Petroleum and Minerals pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962),
(hereinafter referred to as the said Act) the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the right of
user in the land situated in Mandals: Chipurupalle, Garividi, Gurla, Nellimarla, Bondapalli, Gantiiyada,
Jami, Srungavarapukota, Lakkavarapukota and Kothavalasa Mandals of Vizianagaram District in Andhra
Pradesh, specified in the schedule appended to that notification for the purpose of laying pipeline for the
transportation of petroleum products from Paradip in the State of Odisha to Hyderabad in the State of[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 37
Telangana by the Indian Oil Corporation Limited for implementing the "Paradip–Hyderabad Pipeline
Project".
And whereas the copies of the Gazette were made available to the public. And whereas the
Competent Authority has under Sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the said Act, has submitted his report of
Central Government.
And whereas, the Central Government after considering the said report and on being satisfied that
the said land is required for laying the pipeline, has decided to acquire right of the user therein;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the said Act,
the Central Government hereby declares that the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule
appended to this notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipeline;
And further, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (4) of Section 6 of the said Act, the
Central Government hereby directs that the right of user of the said land for laying the pipeline shall,
instead of vesting in the Central Government, vests on the date of publication of the declaration, in Indian
Oil Corporation Limited, free from all encumbrances.
