जारी भारत सरकार के पेरोजलयम और प्राकृजतक गैस मंत्रालय की ऄजधसूचना संख्या का.अ. 3002(ऄ) तारीख 14.07.2021 जो
भारत के ऄसाधारण राजपत्र तारीख 29.07.2021 मे प्रकाजित की गयी थी द्वारा ईस ऄजधसूचना से सलग्न ऄनुसूची मे जिजनर्ददष्ट भूजम
में गेल (आजण्डया) जलजमटेड द्वारा पजश्चम बंगाल राज्य में जगदीिपुर- हजल्दया ओर बोकारो-धामरा प्राकृजतक गैस पाआपलाआन (जे एच
बी डीपी एल) के ऄजभन्न ऄंग के रूप मे बरौनी- गुिाहटी प्राकृजतक गैस पाआपलाआन (बीजीपीएल) के माध्यम से प्राकृजतक गैस के
पररिहन के जलए पाआपलाआन जबछाने के प्रयोजन के जलए ईपयोग के ऄजधकार का ऄजजन करने के ऄपने अिय की घोषणा की थी;
और ईक्त राजपजत्रत ऄजधसूचना की प्रजतयां जनता को ईपलब्ध करा दी गइ थी;
और, सक्षम प्राजधकारी ने, ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 6 की ईप-धारा (1) के ऄधीन भारत सरकार को ऄपनी ररपोटज द ेदी है;
और भारत सरकार ने, ईक्त ररपोटज पर जिचार करने के पश्चात और यह संतुष्ट हो जाने पर दक ईक्त भूजम पाआपलाआनें जबछाने
के जलए ऄपेजक्षत है, ईस में ईपयोग के ऄजधकार का ऄजजन करने का जिजनश्चय दकया है;

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 1st October, 2021
S.O. 4340(E).—Whereas by notification of Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural
Gas numbers S. O. No. 3002(E) dated 14.07.2021 issued under sub- section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and
Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of User in Land ) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962) (hereinafter referred to as the said
Act), published in the Extra Ordinary Gazette of India dated 29.07.2021 the Government of India declared its intention
to acquire the Right of User in the land specified in the Schedule appended to that notification for the purpose of
laying pipeline for transportation of natural gas through Barauni – Guwahati Natural Gas Pipeline (BGPL) as an[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का राजपत्र : ऄसाधारण 3
integral part of Jagdishpur-Haldia & Bolaro - Dhamra Natural Gas Pipeline (JHBDPL) in the State of West Bengal by
GAIL (India) Limited;
And whereas copies of the said Gazette notification were made available to the public;
And, whereas the Competent Authority has, under sub-section (1) of Section 6 of the said Act, submitted its
report to Government of India;
And whereas Government of India after considering the said report and on being satisfied that the said land is
required for laying the pipelines, has decided to acquire the Right of User therein;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act,
Government of India hereby declares that the Right of User in the land specified in the Schedule appended to this
notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipeline;
And, further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of Section 6 of the said Act, Government
of India hereby directs that the Right of User in the land for laying the pipeline shall, instead of vesting in Government
of India, vest, on this date of the publication of the declaration, in the GAIL (India) Limited, free from all
encumbrances.
