ऄजधकार का अयोजन करन े के ऄपन ेअिय की घोषणा करती ह ै ;
कोइ व्यजक्त, जो ईक्त ऄनुसूची में वर्णणत भूजम में जहतबद्ध ह,ै ईस तारीख से जजसको ईक्त ऄजधजनयम की धारा 3
की ईप धारा (1) के ऄधीन भारत के राजपत्र म ें यथा प्रकाजित आस ऄजधसूचना की प्रजतयों साधारण जनता को ईपलब्ध

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 20th September, 2021
S.O. 4391(E).—whereas it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the public
interest that for the transport of Petroleum Gas from M/s ARKAY GAS REROUTE – Pipeline” -
REROUTE – Valantharavai Village, Ramanathapuram Taluk & District in the State of Tamil Nadu,
Pipeline should be laid by the GAIL (India) Limited.
AND WHEREAS it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying such pipeline, it
is necessary to acquire the right of user in the land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid, and
which is described in the schedule annexed to this notification.
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (i) of section 3 of the
Petroleum and Minerals pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in the land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962) the
Central Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein.
Any person interested in the land described in the said schedule may within 21 days from the date on
which the copies of this notification, as published in the Gazette of India, are made available to the general
