NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 9th May, 2022
S.O. 2262(E).—Whereas by the notification S.O. No. 4341(E) dated 02.09.2021 of The
Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Published in the Gazette No 3991
dated 20.10.2021, Part-II,Section-3,Sub-Section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the
Petroleum and minerals pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962),
(Hereinafter referred to as the said Act) the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the right
of user in the land situated in Tehsil Bagoda, District Jalore in Rajasthan State, specified in the schedule
appended to that notification for the purpose of laying pipeline for the transportation of Natural Gas from
SV Station (Jalore) of Mehsana-Bhatinda Natural Gas Pipeline Network to HRRL Refinery (Barmer), a
pipeline namely HRRL Refinery Spur Line should be laid in State of Rajasthan by GSPL INDIA GASNET

And whereas the copies of the said Gazette notification were made available to the public on
08.02.21
And whereas the Competent Authority has under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act, has
submitted his report Central Government.
And whereas, the Central Government after Considering the said report and on being satisfied that
the said land is required for laying the pipeline, has decided to acquire right of the user therein;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act,
the Central Government hereby declares that the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule
appended to this notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipeline;
And further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 6 of the said Act, the
Central Government hereby directs that the right of user of the said land for laying the pipeline shall,
instead of vesting in the Central Government, vests on the date of publication of the declaration, in GSPL
India Gasnet Ltd, (GIGL) free from all encumbrances.
GSPL India Gasnet Ltd, (GIGL) shall be exclusively liable for any compensation in terms of
section 10 of the P & MP Act, 1962 and no suit, claim or legal proceeding would lie against the Central
Government on any matter relating to pipeline.

New Delhi, the 9th May, 2022
S.O. 2263(E).—Whereas by the notification S.O. No. 4341(E) dated 02.09.2021 of The
Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Published in the Gazette No 3991
dated 20.10.2021, Part-II,Section-3,Sub-Section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the
Petroleum and minerals pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962),
(Hereinafter referred to as the said Act) the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the right
of user in the land situated in Tehsil Sayla, District Jalore in Rajasthan State, specified in the schedule
appended to that notification for the purpose of laying pipeline for the transportation of Natural Gas from
SV Station (Jalore) of Mehsana-Bhatinda Natural Gas Pipeline Network to HRRL Refinery (Barmer), a
pipeline namely HRRL Refinery Spur Line should be laid in State of Rajasthan by GSPL INDIA GASNET
LIMITED (GIGL).
And whereas the copies of the said Gazette notification were made available to the public on
08.02.21
And whereas the Competent Authority has under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act, has
submitted his report Central Government.
And whereas, the Central Government after Considering the said report and on being satisfied that
the said land is required for laying the pipeline, has decided to acquire right of the user therein;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act,
the Central Government hereby declares that the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule
appended to this notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipeline;
And further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 6 of the said Act, the
Central Government hereby directs that the right of user of the said land for laying the pipeline shall,
instead of vesting in the Central Government, vests on the date of publication of the declaration, in GSPL
India Gasnet Ltd, (GIGL) free from all encumbrances.
GSPL India Gasnet Ltd, (GIGL) shall be exclusively liable for any compensation in terms of
section 10 of the P & MP Act, 1962 and no suit, claim or legal proceeding would lie against the Central
Government on any matter relating to pipeline.

New Delhi, the 9th May, 2022
S.O. 2265(E).—Whereas by the notification S.O. No. 4341(E) dated 02.09.2021 of The
Government of India in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas, Published in the Gazette No 3991
dated 20.10.2021, Part-II,Section-3,Sub-Section (ii) issued under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the
Petroleum and minerals pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962),
(Hereinafter referred to as the said Act) the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the right
of user in the land situated in Tehsil Sindhari, District Barmer in Rajasthan State, specified in the schedule
appended to that notification for the purpose of laying pipeline for the transportation of Natural Gas from
SV Station (Jalore) of Mehsana-Bhatinda Natural Gas Pipeline Network to HRRL Refinery (Barmer), a
pipeline namely HRRL Refinery Spur Line should be laid in State of Rajasthan by GSPL INDIA GASNET
LIMITED (GIGL).
And whereas the copies of the said Gazette notification were made available to the public on
08.02.21
And whereas the Competent Authority has under sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act, has
submitted his report Central Government.
And whereas, the Central Government after Considering the said report and on being satisfied that
the said land is required for laying the pipeline, has decided to acquire right of the user therein;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act,
the Central Government hereby declares that the right of user in the land specified in the Schedule
appended to this notification is hereby acquired for laying the pipeline;
And further, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (4) of section 6 of the said Act, the
Central Government hereby directs that the right of user of the said land for laying the pipeline shall,
instead of vesting in the Central Government, vests on the date of publication of the declaration, in GSPL
India Gasnet Ltd, (GIGL) free from all encumbrances.
GSPL India Gasnet Ltd, (GIGL) shall be exclusively liable for any compensation in terms of
section 10 of the P & MP Act, 1962 and no suit, claim or legal proceeding would lie against the Central
Government on any matter relating to pipeline.
