का.आ. 2483(अ).— भारत सरकार को लोकहित म ें यि आवश्यक प्रतीत िोता ि ै कक पहिम बंगाल राज्य म ें
जगदीशपरु -िहददया और बोकारो-धामरा पाइपलाइन (JHBDPL) और स्पर पाइपलाइन के माध्यम स े प्राकृहतक गैस के
पररविन के हलए गले (इहडिया) हलहमटेि द्वारा, एक पाइपलाइन हबछाई जानी चाहिए;
और भारत सरकार को उक्त पाइपलाइन हबछान े के प्रयोजन के हलए यि आवश्यक प्रतीत िोता ि ै कक उस भूहम म,ें
हजसम ें उक्त पाइपलाइन हबछाए जान े का प्रस्ताव ि ै और जो इस अहधसूचना म े सलं ग्न अनसु ूची म ें वर्णित ि,ै उपयोग के
अहधकार का vtZu ककया जाए;
अत: अव, भारत सरकार, पट्रे ोहलयम और खहनज पाइपलाइन (भूहम म ें उपयोग के अहधकार का अिजन)
अहधहनयम, 1962 (1962 का 50) की धारा 3 की उपधारा (1) द्वारा प्रदत्त शहक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, उस भूहम म ें
उपयोग के अहधकार का अिजन करने के अपने आशय की घोषणा करती ि;ै
कोई व्यहक्त, जो उक्त अनुसूची म ें वर्णित भूहम म ेंहितबद्ध ि,ै उस तारीख स े हजसके उक्त अहधहनयम की धारा 3 की
उपधारा (1) के अधीन भारत के राजपत्र म ेंयथा प्रकाहशत इस अहधसूचना की प्रहतय ा साधार जनता कर दी
जाती ि,ै 21 कदन के भीतर, भूहम के नीच ेपाइपलाइन हबछाए जाने के संबंध म,ें सक्षम प्राहधकारी, गेल (इहडिया) हलहमटेि
को हलहखत रूप म ेंआक्षेप भेज सकेगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 25th June, 2024
S.O. 2483(E).—whereas it appears to Government of India that it is necessary in public interest that for
transportation of natural gas through Jagdishpur-Haldia & Bokaro-Dhamra Pipeline (JHBDPL) & spur pipeline, in the
State of West Bengal, a pipeline should be laid by GAIL (India) Limited;
And, whereas it appears to Government of India that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline, it is
necessary to acquire the Right of User in the land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid and which is
described in the Schedule annexed to this notification;
Now, therefore, in exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum and
Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962, (50 of 1962) Government of India hereby
declares its intention to acquire the Right of User therein;
Any person interested in the land described in the said Schedule may, within twenty-one days from the date
of which the copies of the notification issued under sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the said Act, as published in the
Gazette of India are made available to the general public, object in writing to the acquisition of the right of User
therein for laying of the pipeline under the land to Competent Authority, GAIL (India) Limited.
