NOW, Therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub Section (i) of the Section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of User in the land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the Right of User therein. Any Person interested in the land described in the said Schedule may within 21 days from the date on which the copies of this Notification, as published in the Gazette of India, are made available to the General Public object in writing to the acquisition of the Right of User therein or laying of the pipeline under the land to the Competent Authority, GAIL (India) Ltd., Srikakulam-Angul Pipeline Project, Hotel Sunrise, Arasavalli road junction, Srikakulam-532001, Andhra Pradesh.
