Jabalpur, the 17th August, 2026
S.O. 4551(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (6) of section 20 F of the Railway Act, 1989
(Railway Amendment Act, 2008), the Central Government, hereby appoints the Arbitrator mentioned in column (2) of
the table below to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act, with effect from the date of publication of
this notification in the Gazette of India, in respect of the Special Railway Project of “(Jabalpur - Manikpur section:
Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of Level Crossing No. 400 at Km 1235/8-9 between Tikariya -Markundi
stations)” in the state of Uttar Pradesh, relating to the district mentioned in column (3) & Tehsil mentioned in column
(4) of the table given below for the purpose of execution, maintenance, management and operation of such Special
Railway Project.
