Jabalpur, the 17th August, 2026
S.O. 4553(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (6) of section 20 F of the Railway Act, 1989
(Railway Amendment Act, 2008), the Central Government, hereby appoints the Arbitrator mentioned in column (2) of
the table below to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act, with effect from the date of publication of
this notification in the Gazette of India, in respect of the Special Railway Project of (1) “Chord line between Karhi -
Sagma stations (5.31 Km) of West Central Railway” and (2) “Rail over Rail flyover between Karhi - Kaima (4.975
Km UP and 6.785 Km DN) of West Central Railway” in the state of Madhya Pradesh, relating to the district
mentioned in column (3) & Tehsil mentioned in column (4) of the table given below for the purpose of execution,
maintenance, management and operation of such Special Railway Project.
