S.O. 4550(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (6) of section 20 F of the Railway Act, 1989
(Railway Amendment Act, 2008), the Central Government, hereby appoints the Arbitrator mentioned in column (2)
of the table below to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act, with effect from the date of
publication of this notification in the Gazette of India, in respect of the Special Railway Project of “(Satna -
Manikpur section: Proposed construction of ROB in lieu of Level Crossing No. 397 at Km 1213/8-9 Between
Khutaha – Chitahra stations)” in the state of Madhya Pradesh, relating to the district mentioned in column (3) &
Tehsil mentioned in column (4) of the table given below for the purpose of execution, maintenance, management and
operation of such Special Railway Project.
