bathfu;j MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS [North Central Railway (Bridge Line Unit)] NOTIFICATION Prayagraj, the 9th April, 2026 S.O. 1925(E).—Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Railways (North Central Railway), number S.O. 4917(E) Dated 13-10-2025 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-Section (ii), 4766 dated the 29-10-2025 and issued under the sub-section (1) of section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) and the Railways (Amendment) ACT, 2008 (No. 11 of 2008) (hereinafter referred to as ths said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for execution, maintenance management and operation of a Special Railway Project namely, Construction of 02-lane road over bridge in lieu of level crossing No.540 at Km 1422/16-18 in Agra–Palwal Section in Agra Division of North Central Railway” in District Mathura in the state of Uttar Pradesh. And whereas, the substance of the said notification has been published in the daily local newspapers namely, “AMAR UJALA” (Hindi), dated the 09-11-2025, “HINDUSTAN” (Hindi), dated the 09-11-2025, and “TIMES OF INDIA” (English), dated the 09-11-2025 under the sub-section (4) of section 20A of the said Act; and whereas, in Semari village two objections were received and competent Authority have passed the orders accordingly; Any whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (1) of section 20E of the said Act, the competent Authority has submitted its report to the Central Government. Now therefore, upon receipt of the report of the Competent Authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in the schedule annexed here to shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose.
