NCR -HQ0ENGG (CORR)/11/2024-O/o Dy.CE/Br./L/ALD (कंप् यटू र सं. 115592)] ि.े सी. चौरजसया, प्रमुख मुख्य इंिीजियर MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS [North Central Railway (Engineering Department)] NOTIFICATION Prayagraj, the 24th October, 2025 S.O. 4919(E).—Whereas, by the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Railways (North Central Railway Engineering Department, notification no. S.O 3405 (E) dated 24 July, 2025 published in Gazette of India, extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub section (ii), notification no. 3328 dated 25 July 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the said notification) and issued under sub-section (1) of clause 20A of section 2 of the Railways Act 1989 (24 of 1989) and Railways Amendment act 2008 (11of 2008) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intention to acquire the Land specified in the schedule annexed to the said notification for the purpose of execution of special Railway Project namely, “Elimination of manned level crossing No. 411 by providing RUB in Manikpur-Naini Section of Prayagraj Division”, District Chitrakoot, Village- Bhatgawan, Tahsil Mau, in the state of Uttar Pradesh; And whereas, the substance of the said notification was published in daily news paper namely, Rashtriya Sahara Kanpur and Times of India Lucknow Dated 01 August, 2025 under sub-section (4) of section 20A of the said Act; And whereas, no any objection was received, And whereas, in pursuance of sub-section (I) of section 20E of said Act, the Competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government.
