Prayagraj, the 10th March, 2025
S.O. 1845(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (6) of section 20F of the Railway Act
1989 (24 of 1989) Railway (amendment) Act, 2008 (11 of 2008) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central
Government hereby appoints the arbitrator mentioned in column (2) of the table below to perform the functions of
arbitrator in Land Acquisition as such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette, relating to district mentioned in column (3) of the said table for Construction 2
Lane ROB in lieu of L-Xing No.19 between Chunar-Chopan Railway station of Prayagraj Division, Village-Darwan,
Hinauta and Dadara,Tahsil-Marihan in the state of Uttar Pradesh of such Special Railway Project.
