S.O. 4648(E).— In exercise of the power conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of the Railways (Amendment)
Act-2008, the Central Government hereby notifies the project of “Construction of 3rd & 4th Line between
Ghaziabad–Moradabad, Moradabad–Roza and Roza–Sitapur (402.78 km)” as a "Special Railway Project" for
acquisition of 994.07 Hactare of land in Districts Ghaziabad, Hapur, Amroha, Moradabad, Rampur, Bareilly,
Shahjahanpur, Lakhimpur Kheri, Hardoi and Sitapur in the State of Uttar Pradesh for providing national infrastructure
for a public purpose with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official gazette.
