NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 18th August, 2026
S.O. 4599(E).— In exercise of the power conferred by clause (37A) of Section 2 of the Railways
(Amendment) Act-2008, the Central Government hereby notifies the project of “Construction of Y-Connection at
Muazzampur Narain Bye-Pass Project (3.10 Kms)” as a "Special Railway Project" for acquisition of 8.80
Hactare of land, in district Bijnor of the state Uttar Pradesh, for providing national infrastructure for a public
purpose with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the official gazette.
