New Delhi, the 17th June, 2026
S.O. 3192(E).— In exercise of the power conferred by clause (7A) of section 2 of the Railway's
Act 1989 (Amended in 2008), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officer mentioned in
column (2) of the table below to perform the function of “Competent Authority” in respect of
Railway Project as mentioned in column (5) of the table, for execution, maintenance, management
and operation in District mentioned in column (3) in the state mentioned in column (4) of the said
table, with effect from the date of this notification in the official Gazette.
