S.O. 5121(E).— In exercise of the power conferred by section 3 of the Coal Bearing Areas (Acquisition and Development) Act, 1957 (20 of 1957) and in supersession of the notification number S.O.
710 (E), dated the 3rd March, 2017, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, section 3, sub-
