Development Authority (PFRDA) Act, 2013, the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Rajat Kumar, IAS
(CG:2005), Joint Secretary, Department of Personnel and Training, as Part-time Member, Pension Fund Regulatory
and Development Authority with immediate effect, for the duration of his tenure in his present appointment or until
further orders, whichever is earlier.
