का. आ. 2936(अ).—यतः, म.ै अर्लिगा इकोवल्ड ि इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर प्रा. जल. (पूवि म ें मै. आिि ि प्राइम प्रोिेक्ट प्रा. जल.
और मैससि. आरएमिेड इकोवल्ड ि इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर प्रा. जल.) ने कनािटक राज्य म ें िेवरबीसनहल्ली, भोगनहल्ली और
डोड्डाकनहल्ली गांव, वरथुर होबली, बैंगलोर में सूचना प्रौद्योजगकी एवं सूचना प्रौद्योजगकी समर्थित सेवाओं के जलए एक क्षत्रे
जवजिष्ट जविेष आर्थिक िोन की स्ट्थापना हते ु जविेष आर्थिक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 (2005 का 28), (जिस े एतद्पश्चात्
उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 3 के अतं गति प्रस्ट्ताव दकया था;
और यतः, केन्द्र सरकार न े जविेष आर्थिक िोन जनयमावली 2006 के जनयम 8 के साथ पठित उक्त अजधजनयम की
धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, नीचे ताजलका म ें दिए गए जववरण के अनुसार
जनम्नजलजखत क्षेत्रों को अजधसूजचत और अनजधसूजचत दकया था: -

और यत:, केंर सरकार न े मै. आिि ि प्राइम प्रोिेक्ट प्रा. जल. से मै. आरएमिेड इकोवल्ड ि इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर प्रा. जल. और
म.ै आरएमिेड इकोवल्डि इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर प्रा. जल. से म.ै अर्लगि ा इकोवल्डि इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर प्रा. जल. में नाम पठरवतिन के अनरु ोध
को मंिूरी िे िी थी;
और यत:, म.ै अर्लिगा इकोवल्ड ि इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर प्रा. जल. न े अब उपरोक्त जविेष आर्थिक िोन से 1.530 हक्े टेयर के
क्षेत्र को अनजधसूजचत करन े का प्रस्ट्ताव दकया है;
और, यतः कनािटक राज्य सरकार ने उनके पत्र सं. सीआई 15 एसपीआई 2023 दिनांक 26 अप्रलै , 2023 के
अनुसार प्रस्ट्ताव को मंिरू ी ि ेिी है;
और यतः जवकास आयक्तु , कोचीन जविेष आर्थिक िोन ने जविेष आर्थिक िोन के 1.530 हक्े टेयर के क्षेत्र को
अनजधसूजचत करने के प्रस्ट्ताव की संस्ट्तुजत की ह।ै अनजधसूचना के बाि क्षेत्र का उपयोग आईटी/आईटीईएस क्षेत्र म ें डीटीए
इकाइयों को आवंटन के जलए दकया िाएगा;
और यतः, केन्द्र सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट ह ै दक अजधजनयम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (8) के अंतगित अपेक्षाओं
तथा अन्द्य सम्बंजधत अपक्षे ाओं को पूरा कर जलया गया ह;ै
अतः अब, जविेष आर्थिक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) के िसू रे परन्द्तुक द्वारा प्रित्त
िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए और जविेष आर्थिक िोन अजधजनयम, 2006 के जनयम 8 के अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा
1.530 हक्े टेयर के क्षेत्र को उक्त जविेष आर्थिक िोन के भाग से अनजधसूजचत करती है, जिसके पठरमाणतः कुल क्षेत्रफल
10.415 हक्े टेयर हो िाएगा। अनजधसूचना के जलए सवेक्षण सख्ं या और क्षेत्रफल नीचे ताजलका में दिए गए हैं:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 4th July, 2023
S.O. 2936(E).—Whereas, M/s. Arliga Ecoworld Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. (formerly M/s. Adarsh Prime
Project Pvt. Ltd. and M/s. RMZ Ecoworld Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.) had proposed under section 3 of the Special
Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special
Economic Zone for Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services at Devarabeesanahalli,
Bhoganahalli and Doddakannahalli Villages, Varthur Hobli, Bangalore, in the State of Karnataka;[भाग II—खण् ड 3(ii)] भारत का रािपत्र : असाधारण 3
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of
section 4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, notified and de-notified the
following areas at above Special Economic Zone as per the details given below in the table:-

AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, approved the request of change of name from M/s. Adarsh
Prime Project Pvt. Ltd. to M/s. RMZ Ecoworld Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. and further from M/s. RMZ Ecoworld
Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. to M/s. Arliga Ecoworld Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd;
AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Arliga Ecoworld Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. has now proposed for de-notification of
1.530 hectares from the above Special Economic Zone;
AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Karnataka has given its approval to the proposal vide letter No.
CI 15 SPI 2023 dated 26th April, 2023;
AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, Cochin Special Economic Zone has recommended the
proposal for de-notification of an area of 1.530 hectares of the Special Economic Zone. The area after de-notification
will be utilised for allocation to DTA units in IT/ITES Sector;
NOW, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of
section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4
of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the
Central Government hereby de-notifies an area of 1.530 hectares, thereby making the resultant notified area of the
SEZ 10.415 hectares. The survey numbers and the areas for the de-notification are given below in the table:-
