का.आ. 4670(अ).—यतः, म.ै बाग्माने डेवलपसस प्राइवेट जलजमटेड, न े कनासटक राज्य में बेंगलुरु जिल े के
डोड्डानकुंडी गांव, डोड्डानकुंडी औद्योजगक क्षेत्र, सवे नंबर 79 (भाग) में सूचना प्रौद्योजगकी एवं सूचना प्रौद्योजगकी समर्थसत
सेवाओं के जलए एक क्षेत्र जवजिष्ट जविेष आर्थसक िोन की स्ट्थापना हते ु जविेष आर्थसक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 (2005 का
28), (जिसे एतद्पश्चात ्उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 3 के अंतगसत प्रस्ट्ताव दकया था;
और, यतः केन्द्र सरकार ने, जविषे आर्थसक िोन जनयमावली, 2006 के जनयम 8 के साथ पठित उक्त अजधजनयम की
धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, वाजणज्य एवं उद्योग मत्रं ालय की अजधसूचना संख्या
का.आ. 1690(अ) दिनांक 22 अप्रलै , 2021 द्वारा उपयुसक्त जविेष आर्थसक िोन म ें 4.60 हक्े टेयर के क्षेत्र को अजधसूजचत
कर दिया था;
और यतः, म.ै बाग्माने डेवलपस स प्राइवेट जलजमटेड न े अब उपरोक्त जविेष आर्थसक क्षेत्र से 1.97 हक्े टेयर के क्षेत्र को
अनजधसूजचत करने का प्रस्ट्ताव दकया ह;ै
और, यतः कनासटक राज्य सरकार न े उनके पत्र सं. सीआई 364 एसपीआई 2020 दिनांक 09 अगस्ट्त, 2023 के प्रत्र
के अनुसार प्रस्ट्ताव को मंिूरी ि ेिी है;

और यतः जवकास आयुक्त, कोचीन जविेष आर्थसक िोन न े जविेष आर्थसक िोन के 1.97 हक्े टेयर के क्षेत्र को
अनजधसूजचत करन े के प्रस्ट्ताव की संस्ट्तुजत की हैI प्रस्ट्ताजवत अनजधसूचना के बाि क्षेत्र का उपयोग गैर-एसईिेड इकाइयों के
जलए आईटी बुजनयािी ढांचे के जनमासण के जलए दकया िाएगा;
और यतः, केन्द्र सरकार इस बात से संतष्टु ह ैदक अजधजनयम की धारा 3 की उप-धारा (8) के अतं गसत अपक्षे ाओं तथा
अन्द्य सम्बंजधत अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर जलया गया है;
अतः अब, जविेष आर्थसक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) के िसू रे परन्द्तुक द्वारा प्रित्त
िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करत े हुए और जविेष आर्थसक िोन अजधजनयम, 2006 के जनयम 8 के अनसु रण म ें केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा
1.97 हक्े टेयर के क्षेत्र को उक्त जविेष आर्थसक िोन के भाग से अनजधसूजचत करती है, जिसके पठरमाणतः कुल क्षेत्रफल 2.63
हक्े टेयर हो िाएगा। अनजधसूचना के जलए सवेक्षण संख्या और क्षेत्रफल नीच ेताजलका म ेंदिए गए ह:ैं -

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 24th October, 2023
S.O. 4670(E).—Whereas, M/s. Bagmane Developers Pvt. Ltd, had proposed under section 3 of the Special
Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special
Economic Zone for Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services at Survey No. 79(part),
Doddanekundi Village, Doddanakundi Industrial Area, Bangalore District in the State of Karnataka;
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section
4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, had notified an area of 4.60 hectares at
the above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S.O. 1690(E) dated
22nd April, 2021;
AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Bagmane Developers Pvt. Ltd. has now proposed for de-notification of 1.97
hectares from the above Special Economic Zone;
AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Karnataka has given its approval to the proposal vide letter
No.CI 364 SPI 2020 dated 9th August, 2023;
AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, Cochin Special Economic Zone has recommended the
proposal for de-notification of an area of 1.97 hectares of the Special Economic Zone. Further, the area after the
proposed de-notification will be utilized for construction of IT infrastructure for non-SEZ units;
NOW, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that the requirements under sub-section (8) of
section 3 of the said Act and other related requirements are fulfilled;
NOW, THEREFORE, in exercise of the powers conferred by second proviso to sub-section (1) of section 4
of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules, 2006, the
Central Government hereby de-notifies an area of 1.97 hectares, thereby making resultant area as 2.63 hectares. The
