का.आ. 4513(अ).— यत:, मै. सीिी सेमी प्राइवेट जलजमटेड, ने गुिरात राज्य में प्लॉट नंबर 974 से 978,
साणंि-II िीआईडीसी, औद्योजगक एस्ट्टेट, ग्राम हीरापुर, तहसील साणंि, अहमिाबाि जिला में, अधधचालक या
इलेक्ट्रॉजनक घटकों के जनमाधण के जलए जविेष आर्थधक िोन (एसईिेड) की स्ट्थापना हेतु जविेष आर्थधक िोन अजधजनयम,
2005 (2005 का 28), (जिसे एतद्पश्चात् उक्त अजधजनयम कहा गया ह)ै की धारा 3 के अंतगधत प्रस्ट्ताव दकया है;
और यतः, केन्द्र सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट ह ै दक उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3 की उप धारा (8) के अतंगधत
अपेक्षाओं तथा अन्द्य सबंजधत अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर जलया गया है और उनको उपयधक्तु जविेष आर्थधक िोन के जवकास,
प्रचालन एवं रखरखाव हते ू उक्त अजधजनयम की धारा 3 की उपधारा (10) के अतंगधत दिनांक 16 जसतम्बर, 2025 को
अनुमोिन पत्र प्रिान कर दिया है;
अतः अब, जविेष आर्थधक िोन अजधजनयम, 2005 की धारा 4 की उप-धारा (1) द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का प्रयोग
करते हुए और जविेष आर्थधक िोन अजधजनयम, 2006 के जनयम 8 अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्द्वारा उक्त स्ट्थान के
11.541 हेक्ट्टेयर के नीचे िी गई ताजलका में दिए गए सवेक्षण संख्याओं के क्षेत्रों को अजधसूजचत करती है, अथाधत्ः-

िजक्तयों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्द्वारा दिनांक 23 जसतम्बर, 2025 को उस तारीख के रूप में जनधाधठरत
करती है जिस तारीख से उपयुधक्त जविेष आर्थधक िोन को सीमा-िुल्क अजधजनयम 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 7 के
अंतगधत अंतिेिीय कंटेनर जडपो माना िाएगा।

New Delhi, the 23rd September, 2025
S.O. 4513(E).— Whereas, M/s. CG Semi Private Limited, has proposed under section 3 of the
Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a
Special Economic Zone (SEZ) for manufacturing of semiconductors or electronic components at Plot
No.974 to 978, Sanand-II GIDC, Industrial Estate, Village Hirapur, Tahsil Sanand, District Ahmedabad
in the State of Gujarat;
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under sub-section (8) of
section 3 of the said Act, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval
under sub-section (10) of section 3 of the said Act for development, operation and maintenance of the
above Special Economic Zone on 16th September, 2025;
NOW, THEREFORE, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section
(1) of section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special
Economic Zones Rules, 2006, hereby notifies the 11.541 hectares area comprising the Survey numbers and

AND, THEREFORE, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of
section 13 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), hereby constitutes a Committee to be
called the Approval Committee for the above Special Economic Zone for the purposes of section 14 of the

AND, THEREFORE, the Central Government, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section

September, 2025 as the date from which the above Special Economic Zone shall be deemed to be Inland
Container Depot under section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962).
