का.आ.3463(अ) दिनांक 8 नवम्बर, 2016 द्वारा उपयक्तुि जविेष आर्थिक िोन म ें 2.56 हक्े टेयर के क्षेत्र को अजधसूजचत
दकया था;
और यतः, म.ै कॉजििेंट टेक्नोलॉिी सॉल्यूिंस इंजडया प्राइवेट जलजमटेड न े अब उक्त जविेष आर्थिक िोन के 2.56
हक्े टेयर के सम्पणू ि क्षेत्र को अनजधसूजचत करन े का प्रस्ट्ताव दकया है;

और यतः, तेलगं ाना सरकार ने उनके पत्र संख्या 1780/आईटीई&सी/प्रोम/2015 दिनांक 2 जसतम्बर, 2024 के तहत
प्रस्ट्ताव को अनापजत्त प्रमाण पत्र िे दिया ह।ै अनजधसूचना के बाि, ऐसा जवमुक्त क्षेत्र राज्य सरकार के भूजम उपयोग दििा-
जनिेिों/मास्ट्टर स्ट्थानों के अनरूु प होगा;
और यतः, जवकास आयुक्त, जविाखापटनम जविेष आर्थिक िोन न े उक्त जविेष आर्थिक िोन के 2.56 हक्े टेयर के
सम्पूणि क्षेत्र को अनजधसूजचत करने के प्रस्ट्ताव की संस्ट्तुजत की ह;ै
अतः अब केंि सरकार, जविेष आर्थिक िोन जनयमावली, 2006 के जनयम 8 के प्रथम परंतुक द्वारा प्रित्त िजक्तयों का
प्रयोग करत ेहुए एतद्द्वारा उक्त अजधसूचना को इस उत्सािन स ेपूवि दकए गए कायों या दकए िाने के जलए लोजपत को छोड़कर,
रद्द करती ह।ै

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 9th February, 2026
S.O. 674(E).— Whereas, M/s. Cognizant Technology Solutions India Private Limited, had proposed under
section 3 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005), (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) to set up a
Special Economic Zone for Information Technology and Information Technology Enabled Services at Survey
No. 115/1, 115/24, 115/25, 115/26 and 155/30, Nanakramguda Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy
District, in the State of Telangana;
AND, WHEREAS, the Central Government in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section
4 of the said Act read with rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules 2006, had notified an area of 2.56 hectares at
the above Special Economic Zone vide Ministry of Commerce and Industry Notification Number S.O. 3463(E) dated
8th November, 2016;
AND, WHEREAS, M/s. Cognizant Technology Solutions India Private Limited has now proposed to de-notify
the entire area of 2.56 hectares of the above Special Economic Zone;
AND, WHEREAS, the State Government of Telangana has given No Objection Certificate to the proposal vide
letter No.1780/ITE&C/Prom/2015 dated 2nd September, 2024. Further, after de-notification, such de-notified area will
conform to land use guidelines/master places of the State Government;
AND, WHEREAS, the Development Commissioner, Visakhapatnam Special Economic Zone has
recommended the proposal for de-notification of the entire area of 2.56 hectares of the Special Economic Zone;
NOW, THEREFORE, in the exercise of the powers conferred by the first proviso to rule 8 of the Special Economic
Zones Rules 2006, the Central Government hereby rescinds the above notification except for things done or omitted to
be done before such rescission.
