* Survey No. 1092, Part 2: 0.0627 hectares
* Survey No. 1093, Part - : 0.0202 hectares
* Survey No. 1094, Part - : 0.1583 hectares

Bengaluru, the 21st November 2025
S.O. 5345(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-Section (1) of Section 20E of the Railway Act,
1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government (Ministry of Railways, South Western Railway, Construction
Organisation, Bengaluru Cantonment), after satisfied with the report of Assistant Commissioner/Dharwad submitted
vide his letter no. LAQ CR/120(A)/2024-25/838 dated 03.09.2025 hereby declares that the lands described and shown
in the following schedule and notified under S.O. 2995(E) dated 06.07.2025 issued under sub-section (1) of Section
20A of chapter IVA of Railway Act, 1989 amended in 2008, should be acquired for executing the Special Railway
Project namely “Construction of 2 lane ROB in lieu of LC No. 18 at Navalgund Road - Annigeri @ Ch: 34/700-800
