NOTIFICATION
Bengaluru, the 11th September, 2025
S.O. 4156(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-Section (1) of Section 20E of the Railway Act,
1989 (24 of 1989), the Ministry of Railway (South Western Railway, Construction Organization, Bengaluru
Cantonment) after satisfied with the report of Dy. Collector & Sub-Divisional Officer, Mormugao submitted vide his
letter no. 16/2/LA-01/2024/LC-25/DYC/3887 dated 13-08-2025 hereby declares that the lands described and shown in
the following schedule and notified under S.O. 4493(E) dated 14-10-2024 issued under sub-section (1) of Section 20A
of chapter IVA of Railway Act, 1989 amended in 2008, should be acquired for executing the Special Railway Project
namely “Londa - Vasco section - Construction of Road Over Bridge in lieu of Level Crossing No. 25” in the State of
Goa.
