उि भूजम म ें रुजच रखि े वाला कोई भी व्यजि, रािपत्र म ें इस अजधसूचिा के प्रकािि की जतजथ स े तीस कदिों के
भीतर, उि अजधजियम की धारा 20डी की उपधारा (1) के अंतगता पूवोि प्रयोिि के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अजधग्रहण और
उपयोग पर आपजत्त उठा सकता ह:ै
ऐसी प्रत्येक आपजत्त तुमकुरु-रायदगु ा और तुमकुरु-दावणगेरे रेलवे पररयोििा के सिम प्राजधकारी और जविेष भूजम
अजधग्रहण अजधकारी को की िाएगी। तुमकुरु म ें एलसी संख्या 35 के जलए जलजखत रूप म ें आवेदि ककया िाएगा और उसके
आधार बताए िाएगं े। सिम प्राजधकारी आपजत्तकता ा को व्यजिगत रूप स े या ककसी जवजध व्यवसायी द्वारा सुिवाई का
अवसर दगे ा और ऐसी सभी आपजत्तयों को सुििे के बाद और यकद कोई हो, तो सिम प्राजधकारी द्वारा आवश्यक समझी िािे

NOTIFICATION
Bengaluru, the 19th September, 2025
S.O. 4246(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 20E of the Railway Act 1989,
the central Government after being satisfied With the report of Competent Authority and Special Land Acquisition
Officer, Tumakuru vide his office communicated and hereby declares that the lands described and shown in the
following schedule and notified under S. O. 2203(E) dated 15.05.20258 under sub-section(1) of section 20A of the act,
shall be acquired for executing the Special railway project, construction of ROB on lieu pof LC 35.
Any person interested in the said land may, within Thirty days from the date of publication of this
notification in the official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose
under sub-section(1) of Section 20D of the said Act:
Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority and Special Land Acquisition Officer,
Tumakuru-Rayadurga and Tumakuru-Davanagere Railway project, Tumakuru for LC No. 35 in writing and shall set
out the grounds thereof and the competent authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in
person or by a legal practitioner, and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if
any, as the competent authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections:
The Competent authority issued 20D Notice to land owners and provided 30 days period for objections and
the hearing conducted on 25.07.2025. Hearing of Objections received by the land owners is done and objections are
cleared by SLAO/CA and revised the extent as per CA report for LHS Portion alignment modified towards
Basavapattanna Village and land extent considered for construction of Limited Height Subway.
Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (2) of Section 20 D of the said Act shall be
final:
The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected
