पांडवपरु ा में Ch: 121/600-700 (दकरणगरुु , रामपुरा गांव) म ें एलसी िंबर 97 के बदले म ें आरओबी का जिमााण, इसके द्वारा ऐसी भूजम का अजधग्रहण करिे का अपिा इरादा घोजषत करता ह:ै उक्त भूजम म ें रुजच रखि े वाला कोई भी व्यजक्त, रािपत्र म ें इस अजधसूचिा के प्रकािि की जतजर् स े तीस ददिों के भीतर, उक्त अजधजियम की धारा 20डी की उपधारा (1) के अंतगता उपरोक्त उद्देश्य के जलए ऐसी भूजम के अजधग्रहण और उपयोग पर आपजत्त उठा सकता ह:ै 8295 GI/2025 (1)2 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA : EXTRAORDINARY [PART II—SEC. 3(ii)] प्रत्येक ऐसी आपजत्त सिम प्राजधकारी अर्ाता सहायक आयक्तु , पांडवपरु ा और मध्यस्ट्र् अर्ाात िेत्रीय आयक्तु , बेंगलरुु को श्रीरंगपटिा - Pandavapura at Ch: 121/600-700 (Kiranguru, Rampura village),” in the state of KARNATAKA, hereby declares its intention to acquire such land: Any person interested in the said land may, within Thirty days from the date of publication of this notification in the official Gazette, raise objection to the acquisition and use of such land for the aforesaid purpose under sub-section(1) of Section 20D of the said Act: Every such objection shall be made to the Competent Authority viz., Assistant Commissioner, Pandavapura and ‘Arbitrator’ viz., ‘Regional Commissioner, Bengaluru” for Construction of ROB in lieu of LC No. 97 at Srirangapatna - Pandavapura at Ch: 121/600-700 (Kiranguru, Rampura village) in writing and shall set out the grounds thereof and the competent authority shall give the objector an opportunity of being heard, either in person or by a legal practitioner, and may, after hearing all such objections and after making such further enquiry, if any, as the competent authority thinks necessary, by order, either allow or disallow the objections: Any order made by the competent authority under sub-section (2) of Section 20 D of the said Act shall be final: The land plans and other details of the land covered under this notification are available and can be inspected by the interested person at the aforesaid Office of the Competent Authority viz., Assistant Commissioner, Pandavapura.
